Franklin Management offers a part time CFO service to small businesses, start-ups and non-profits. The goal is to allow a business entity to avail themselves of the skills of an experienced CFO/Chief Financial Officer without the financial cost of a full-time CFO hire or the emotional cost of trying to force a Controller, Accounting Manager or Bookkeeper into a role for which they are not yet ready.

Franklin Management will devise a monthly or quarterly program for your company that best suits its needs. Fees are usually hourly but a monthly fee can be provided to allow for even budgeting purposes. All monthly programs are tailored to the client but always include the following:
